LifePath is a nonprofit organization serving older people, people with disabilities, and caregivers in Western and Central Mass. They help people stay independent in their homes and communities and coordinate the right services for each person using a variety of providers and programs.
The power of community that shows up to the Walkathon over the years continues to be integral to the well-being of those that LifePath serves.
