How You Can Protect Yourself

• Never share sensitive information over the phone unless you initiated the call.
• Verify the source by calling GSB directly if something feels off.
• Slow down — urgency is a red flag.
• Educate your team, especially those who handle payments or account access.
• Report suspicious activity to us immediately so we can help protect your accounts.

Fraudsters are contacting customers by phone and claiming to represent the bank. They may:

• Ask for account numbers, PINs, or other confidential information
• Claim there is an urgent issue with your account
• Pressure you by saying things like “You must act now or your account will be closed”
• Use spoofed phone numbers to make the call appear legitimate
