GENERAL INFORMATION

What is GSB uChoose Rewards®?
GSB uChoose Rewards® is a FREE Debit Card Rewards Program for GSB Debit Mastercard® holders. Once you sign up, you will earn GSB uChoose Rewards® Points and merchant points that can be redeemed for cash back, gift cards, travel rewards, donations, dining, and more.

What does it cost to participate in GSB uChoose Rewards®?
It’s FREE! uChoose Rewards® is a free benefit for GSB Debit Mastercard® customers, so sign up, start shopping and earning today.

How do I get started?
To begin earning points, you must first register your GSB Debit Mastercard® at greenfieldsavings.com/uchoose.

Where can I earn points?
You earn points most everywhere your card is accepted. Purchases made with your Mobile Wallet using such services as: Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay®, Google Pay™, or PayPal®, where you have registered your GSB Debit Mastercard® will also earn you uChoose Rewards® points.

How do I earn points?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Earn even MORE points when you use your GSB Debit Mastercard® at the participating retailers listed at greenfieldsavings.com/uchoose.

Is there a maximum amount per transaction on which that I can earn GSB uChoose Rewards® Points?
Yes, the maximum amount per transaction on which you can earn GSB uChoose Rewards® Points is $2,000.00.

Where can I view my point activity?
You can access the history of your point activity by accessing your uChoose Rewards® account at greenfieldsavings.com/uchoose or within our GSB Mobile App under the Cards link.

When can I redeem my points?
It can take up to 60 days for your points to be credited to your account. You must accumulate 1,000 points ($10) before you can redeem your points.

What can I redeem my points for?
It’s your choice! You can choose from millions of options, whether you prefer products, travel experiences, activities, event tickets, cash back, gift cards, or more!

How do I receive cash back?
Cash back will be deposited into your GSB checking account that is registered with uChoose Rewards®.

Is there a minimum cash back amount I can redeem?
There is a $10.00 minimum amount (1,000 points).

What if I shopped at a participating retailer, but my points aren’t showing up?
It can take up to 60 days for transactions to appear on the Point Details page on the uChoose Rewards® site. If points from a qualified transaction do not appear after 60 days, contact a uChoose Rewards® Specialist at service@uchooserewards.com or by phone at 855-559-6528. You can also contact Greenfield Savings Bank at 888-324-3191 or customerservicecenter@greenfieldsavings.com.

When I redeem for a product, can I ship my redemption to an address other than the one Greenfield Savings Bank has on file for me?
No, all redemptions will only be delivered to the address you have registered with your Greenfield Savings Bank account.

Can I return my redemption item, and if yes, how do I do it?
Some redemption items can be returned, and some cannot. To understand the various redemption policies and processes, please review the Terms and Conditions. These are located on the uChoose Rewards website.

Linking Cards, Sharing Points and More

Can I share points with family members?
Yes, all cards within the same account automatically earn points together.

What will happen to my points if my card is lost or stolen?
If your GSB Debit Card is lost or stolen and a replacement GSB Debit Card with a new number is issued, you will need to re-register your new card by logging into your uChoose Rewards® Account at greenfieldsavings.com/uchoose and then the points you have earned will be transferred to your new card. Please allow up to 48 hours for your points to be transferred.

I got a new card with a new expiration date and/or security code on the back, do I need to re-register for uChoose Rewards®?
No, you will only re-register your new card if you get a new card number.

Program Rules and More

Will my points expire?
Points will expire 3 years (1095 days) from the day they were earned. Expiring points will be displayed in your account dashboard and an email will be sent to the email address registered with your uChoose Rewards® Account 30 days prior to expiration.

How do I change my password?
Access your GSB uChoose Rewards® account at greenfieldsavings.com/uchoose and select My Account from the Profile menu.

Are business accounts eligible for the GSB uChoose Rewards® program?
Yes! Business accounts that have a GSB Business Debit Mastercard® are eligible to participate.

Can I access the uChoose Rewards® site on my tablet or mobile device?
Yes! You can use your mobile device or tablet browser for accessing your account, or easily access through our GSB Mobile App under the Cards link
