In accordance with the State of Massachusetts:

  • Guests (customers and visitors) will no longer be required  to wear masks inside our offices.*

  • Unvaccinated guests are encouraged to wear masks in all of our building interiors, including the lobbies for their own protection and for the protection of others.

  • Fully vaccinated guests can use their own discretion.

  • We ask all of our guests to respect the privacy of our staff, and other guests, and not ask personal medical questions, including their vaccination status.

We appreciate your respect and cooperation with these new guidelines.

* We will provide guests with masks, if needed.

  • Night Deposit
    • Our Greenfield Office has two night depositories, both with a slot for envelopes and thin bags. A key is needed for larger bags.
      • One is at the corner of Main & Federal Streets, on the Main Street side.
      • The other is located right on the drive-up building, accessed by Lane 1 of the drive-up.
    • Our Amherst Office on University Drive has one night depository located next to the ATM in the vestibule. It has a slot for envelopes and thin bags, a key is needed for larger bags.
    • Our Conway Office has one night depository, next to the drive-up ATM.  It has a slot for envelopes and thin bags, a key is needed for larger bags.
    • Our Hadley Office has one night depository in the first lane of the drive-up, which requires a key.
    • Our Northampton Office on King Street has one night depository, located in the first lane of the drive-up. It has a slot for envelopes and thin bags, a key is needed for larger bags.
    • Our Shelburne Falls Office has one night depository located in the ATM vestibule (a card with a magnetic stripe is needed to enter the vestibule). It has a slot for envelopes, a key is needed for bags.
    • Our South Deerfield Office has one night depository located in the drive-up, next to the ATM machine. It has a slot for envelopes and thin bags, a key is needed for larger bags.
    • Our Turners Falls Office has one night depository in the first drive-up lane, next to the ATM machine. It has a slot for envelopes and thin bags, a key is needed for larger bags.
