In response to the increase number of COVID-19 cases, we are temporarily closing the lobbies at certain offices and offering Teller Service at those locations via the Drive-Up or with our Teller Connect ATMs as follows:

    • Our Greenfield Office has two night depositories, both with a slot for envelopes and thin bags. A key is needed for larger bags.
      • One is at the corner of Main & Federal Streets, on the Main Street side.
      • The other is located right on the drive-up building, accessed by Lane 1 of the drive-up.
    • Our Amherst Office on University Drive has one night depository located next to the ATM in the vestibule. It has a slot for envelopes and thin bags, a key is needed for larger bags.
    • Our Conway Office has one night depository, next to the drive-up ATM.  It has a slot for envelopes and thin bags, a key is needed for larger bags.
    • Our Hadley Office has one night depository in the first lane of the drive-up, which requires a key.
    • Our Northampton Office on King Street has one night depository, located in the first lane of the drive-up. It has a slot for envelopes and thin bags, a key is needed for larger bags.
    • Our Shelburne Falls Office has one night depository located in the ATM vestibule (a card with a magnetic stripe is needed to enter the vestibule). It has a slot for envelopes, a key is needed for bags.
    • Our South Deerfield Office has one night depository located in the drive-up, next to the ATM machine. It has a slot for envelopes and thin bags, a key is needed for larger bags.
    • Our Turners Falls Office has one night depository in the first drive-up lane, next to the ATM machine. It has a slot for envelopes and thin bags, a key is needed for larger bags.

COVID-19 SBA Disaster Relief Information

SBA PPP Forgiveness Update

To quote Yogi Berra, "It's like déjà vu all over again.”

The launch of our PPP Forgiveness Application Portal is making progress! On Monday, June 22, 2020, the SBA issued a new “Interim Final Rule.” This is the twentieth Interim Final Rule to date! Included in the new rule is some good news: They have created an EZ version of the Forgiveness Application, which will be applicable to many of our customers.
 
Once launched, our PPP forgiveness Portal will:
  1. Assist you with completing the Forgiveness Application
  2. Guide you through the process of selecting the proper forgiveness form to use (the EZ or long form)
  3. Allow you to compile and upload supporting documentation for forgiveness with secure submission
  4. Expedite the forgiveness application submission process to SBA
We are eagerly awaiting SBA to issue guidance to lenders as to verification and submission of forgiveness applications. We anticipate that the release of this information will coincide with the launch of the GSB portal within the next two weeks. We will send our PPP customers an email once the new portal is launched as well as the date of our PPP Informational Webinar that we hope will assist you with the forgiveness application submission process.

PPP Flexibility Act (PPPFA) FAQ's

As you may already know, on Friday, June 5, 2020, the PPP Flexibility Act (PPPFA) was enacted.  The PPPFA will ease the PPP forgiveness requirements issued in the “Interim Final Rules” by the U.S. Treasury that was issued on May 22, 2020.
